The Quad is powered by a 13.5-litre six-cylinder Volvo Penta engine delivering 550 hp (405 kW). Its maximum torque of 2,650 Nm is available from just 1,200 rpm. Driving at low engine speed is therefore the norm, and that keeps fuel consumption low.
Cooling up front
Developed together with Volvo Penta and designed for full load, even at ambient temperatures above 45°C. Because the cooler sits at the front, it is unaffected by dust and crop residue.
Serviced worldwide
The Volvo Penta engine is homologated worldwide and can be serviced anywhere in the world.
Well-engineered driveline
The VSG Drive is designed and built by Vervaet in-house: continuously variable, mechanical-hydrostatic and made for high torque. Each axle has its own gearbox. This gives the Quad the best torque in the 5 to 15 km/h working range.
Always four-wheel drive
Permanent four-wheel drive with no wind-up between front and rear axle.
Diff locks on both axles plus a central diff lock
So the Quad works its way through even the wettest and toughest spots.
Manoeuvrable right up to the headland
Compact in build and smart in steering. With integrated four-wheel steering, the Quad turns within a circle of 8.03 metres: quick turns on the headland, fewer wheel tracks and more time for the real work.

Filled fast, injected without blockages
Fast filling, accurate dosing and no time lost to blockages. Choose the pump and cutter that suit your work, both matched to the Quad’s 21 m³ tank.
Choice of pump
Börger pump up to 13,500 l/min or Vogelsang pump with 9,000 l/min. Maximum 6 bar on the pressure side.
Vervaet system
Börger pump with the Vervaet pre-filter, which protects the slurry pump.
Vogelsang RotaCut with Turbo filler
Shorter filling times. The RotaCut with stone trap cuts fibres and catches foreign objects before the pump.
Filling, injecting and recirculating all run through one compact pipe system.
Fast filling, strong lifting
One universal suction arm
Thanks to a smart slewing ring design, a single suction arm works with all loading systems. The arm moves automatically into working or transport position, does not block your view on the road and is RDW and TÜV approved: road-legal throughout Europe.
Category 3 and 4 linkage
Three-point linkage with 10,000 kg lifting capacity, so you can attach any application unit.
Claas X11 cab
Overview and comfort for long days. Joystick and terminal are integrated in the armrest: the entire machine is within easy reach.

Grassland, arable land, maize or row crops: there is a suitable tyre for every crop and every application. From wide flotation tyres to narrow row-crop wheels, everything fits. And in almost every configuration, the Quad stays within a 3.0 m transport width.

The Quad XL combines the Quad with a trailed tank for a total capacity of 40 m³. Less driving back and forth, more hectares per day, with the same manoeuvrability and the same comfort.
Solid manure too
With the solid manure body, the Quad becomes a universal spreader. The machine automatically controls the speed for the set application rate per hectare, also based on task maps.
